Who We Are:
Global Business Women Trailblazers is a 501(c)(3) organization led by a group of uniquely talented business owners. We recognize the fact that women have always been active contributors to the workforce, while also juggling numerous responsibilities in the home and the business sector. Despite comprising over half of the US population, women currently hold only 6% of CEO positions in Fortune 500 companies, according to Forbes. At Global Business Women Trailblazers, we aim to change this reality by providing support and resources to women entrepreneurs around the world.

Our organization is dedicated to helping women entrepreneurs start and scale strong businesses through our six-phase pillars. We recognize that while women's opportunities and pay in the business sector have evolved, there is still much work to be done. Through our programs, we seek to break the mold and shift the culture globally by empowering women to take control of their businesses and achieve their goals.

Our six-phase pillars are designed to position women entrepreneurs to eventually take their businesses globally. The first phase focuses on foundational skills such as business planning, marketing, and financial management. The second phase provides access to resources such as mentors, funding opportunities, government contracting, and networking events. Phases three through six are focused on scaling and taking businesses to the global stage. Our aim is to equip women entrepreneurs with the skills and resources they need to succeed in today's competitive business world.

Our ultimate goal is to create self-sustaining communities on a global scale, where women entrepreneurs have an equal playing field to develop, grow, and scale their businesses.

We work to accomplish this by focusing on our 6 Phases of Business
1. Phase One - Discovery

Our first step is to help you DISCOVER the essence of your business. We guide you through this by teaching you how to conduct thorough research and data analysis to identify what makes your business unique and its defining characteristics. Our engagement process includes analyzing your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT Analysis), understanding your competitors (Competitive Analysis), assessing your organizational effectiveness, auditing your brand and marketing strategy, reviewing your sales process, and evaluating your leadership approach. This helps you develop a comprehensive understanding of your business and identify areas for growth and improvement.

2. Phase Two - PLAN
​
Once we help you discover the essence of your business, our next step is to help you create a comprehensive PLAN. We'll help you develop an executable strategic plan that outlines your 3-5 year business strategy. This plan includes specific and measurable strategic objectives, with clear outcomes and action items. You'll set deadlines and assign responsible parties to each action item to ensure accountability. Additionally, we'll help you identify the financial resources required to achieve your goals and develop a risk management plan to mitigate potential challenges. It is important of you to track your progress and ensure that you are on track to meet your objectives.
3. Phase Three - Engage

In order to ensure the success of any project or change management initiative, it is crucial to ENGAGE your team and get their buy-in early on. You'll utilize a five-step engagement framework to engage your team and ensure that your project is executed successfully. Our engagement process includes pre and post survey completions, which help you understand the needs and concerns of your team, and to measure the effectiveness of your engagement strategy. By engaging your team from the outset, you'll create a collaborative environment that fosters commitment, cooperation, and accountability.
4. Phase Four - TRAINING

It is important to take the time to assess the optimal level of training required for your team, to ensure that learning is transferred effectively. Training helps business owners acquire new skills and knowledge that are essential for running their business successfully. These skills may include financial management, marketing, human resources management, customer service, and more. With proper training, small business owners can gain the knowledge they need to manage their business operations more effectively. Our goal is to ensure a significant return on investment (ROI) by increasing revenue, enhancing productivity, and streamlining expenses. With the right training and support, it can help your business achieve its goals and grow sustainably.

5. Phase Five - EVALUATE

Evaluating your business is important because it allows you to measure your performance and progress towards your goals. By conducting regular evaluations, you can identify areas where your business is succeeding and areas where it needs improvement. This helps you to make informed decisions about how to allocate resources and prioritize initiatives. Evaluations also help you to identify and address issues early on, before they become bigger problems that could negatively impact your business. Additionally, evaluations can help you to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, as well as areas where you may need additional training or support. Overall, evaluations are an important tool for ensuring the long-term success and sustainability of your business.

Phase Six - GRADUATION

Graduation from our program marks an important milestone in your business journey. It represents your hard work, dedication, and perseverance in mastering the concepts and skills required to excel in the global business world. As a graduate, you have acquired a strong foundation in the principles of finance, accounting, marketing, management, and entrepreneurship. You have learned how to analyze data, make strategic decisions, and communicate effectively with others. Graduating from our program opens up numerous contracting opportunities in a variety of industries, including finance, consulting, technology, and healthcare, among others. Above all, graduation from our program represents a significant accomplishment and a stepping stone towards a successful and fulfilling career in the business world.
